Welcome to "GLOCKLOCK" - an arcade 2D top-down shooter with a minimalist theme of vectors and polygons. In this game, you take on the role of a 'Glock' pistol and engage in an intense battle against wave after wave of enemies (squares).
— With each wave (record), the squares become more resilient, faster, and smaller, making it increasingly challenging to survive. Your objective is to eliminate as many enemies as possible and climb the leaderboard.
— To aid you in your mission, every fifth wave presents you with a choice of three upgrades for your pistol: a silencer, a sight, or a laser. These enhancements will provide you with an advantage in combat.
— Be cautious, though. If an enemy touches you, it's game over, or if you run out of ammunition, you'll meet the same fate. However, every enemy you defeat replenishes your ammo up to 6 bullets.
— In addition to the thrilling gameplay, "GLOCKLOCK" offers the ability to switch profiles, view high scores, and format them for printing. Compete against yourself and other players to achieve the highest score and prove your skills as a master marksman!

want to help a little with the development (long comment) -
I'm with my girlfriend today were casually exploring the latest offerings on itch.io while sipping a beer (our monday tradition) and found this game. For fun, we took turns playing it. First, I set a record of 54 waves, and then my friend surpassed it with 73 waves. The suppressor in this game is the absolute MVP! I was always dying for not picking it, but in one game I picked it every time I could, and reached 126. Really lacking in sounds though, so we'd turn on some rap music and play with it XD.
Anyway, you need to make sounds and cheer up the gameplay a bit. I would also advise to add improvements to the magazine (more ammo becomes) and then it will be generally super!!
Hahah, intresting tradition! I want to explain a little bit:
—About the sounds: yes, they are really missing and I think today or tomorrow they will be added (that is, there will be a quick transition from version 0.8.20 to 0.9.1). So keep an eye on devlog, which I update with each version and then (since you bought it, for which thanks, it's a great support) download it from there.—Now about the gameplay: it too will be refined over time and for now there are some chips & bugs to fix before adding anything new). And about the new attachments (cool idea about the enlarged store). I'll add it to the next devlog and sign your name to that idea, it will be implemented ;)sounds appeared :)
